*sigh* why? Just why?
Apparently Tomita Technologies SUING Nintendo for "infringing" on one of their patents! This is the patent. It's stupid: Nintendo get sued when they use a technology, yet Tomita here didn't think for a second that it'd catch on! The stupid thing is though, that Tomita are suing because the 3DS's technology has "too many similarities" to Tomita's patent!
It will be interesting to see how Nintendo respond to this! But we can only wait and see! But as Shack News reported: “seeking a trial by jury, and awaits a decision by the court.” so only time will tell!
